Direct Support Professional (DSP)
When hired as a staff to work in our Residential Program at The Arc Tampa Bay, this is a position that works in a group home. New Commitment Bonus: $1,000 over the course of your 1st year. The homes are located in Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Clearwater, Safety Harbor, and Largo and can house up to 10 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
The Arc Tampa Bay is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who wants to make a difference in the lives of children on the spectrum. We have been serving the DD Community in Pinellas County for over 60 years and, in 2017, expanded our services to children on the autism spectrum.
